Recently, producer Samklef attributed Wizkid’s negative attitude towards people he once helped to the use of drugs. He claimed in an interview that a constant use of marijuana has affected Wizkid’s mental capacity. “The issue is Wizkid himself. He is smoking too much marijuana and it’s affecting him mentally,” he said. Samklef advised his former protégé to ease off marijuana. Samklef has been highly critical of Wizkid for not acknowledging him anymore, going on rants on social media and unfollowing the artiste on Instagram and Twitter. But in a swift reaction, the Don’t Dull crooner who is enjoying fame said in an interview that he has ‘big respect’ for Samklef and whatever he says won’t annoy him because he has so much love for him.
