Young boy being mercilessly beaten by his guardian in Lagos (photos)

Peter, who is said to be about 12, is being battered regularly by the woman who is supposed to be taking care of him. A concerned neighbour at their home at 14b Oluakerele Balogun bustop off Awolowo way in Ikeja sent his photos to LIB asking for help for the boy.
